Vape In Hand registers with the ATF and the tobacco tax administrators of the states we ship to, as the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires for remote sellers of e-cigarettes. We collect and pay every applicable state and local excise tax, and we file the required monthly reports.
The US Postal Service does not carry e-cigarettes, so we ship with private carriers that offer age-verified delivery. Every package needs a signature from an adult 21 or older who shows a government photo ID matching the name on the order. Packages cannot be left at the door, with a neighbor, or in a locker.
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Every order goes to a street address with an adult 21+ signature; we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
If no eligible adult is available after three attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the order minus shipping.
