Returns and warranty

What can come back

Unopened devices and vaporizers in their sealed retail packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us first and we send a return label. Lithium batteries must ship back by ground.

What cannot

• Opened or used disposables
• Opened pods, cartridges and e-liquids
• Products bought wholesale, unless faulty

Faulty on arrival

If a disposable or pod does not fire, leaks out of the box, or a device will not charge, tell us within 14 days. We replace it once the fault is confirmed, usually from a photo or short video.

Manufacturer warranty

Vaporizers and refillable kits carry their manufacturer's warranty. Storz & Bickel and PAX register warranties on their own sites; we help with the claim.
