What we collect

• A record that your age check passed, not your date of birth
• Order history, and for wholesale accounts your EIN, licenses and resale certificate
• Basic analytics about pages visited, without advertising trackers

Why

To verify age, ship and tax orders as the PACT Act requires, answer support requests and keep the records state and federal law require. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor and carrier get what they need for their part. The PACT Act requires us to report each delivery sale to the state it ships to.

Cookies

We set one cookie that records that you passed the age check, plus the cart and account cookies WooCommerce needs. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

Email orders@vapeinhand.com to see, correct or delete your data. Sales records we must keep by law stay for the period the law sets, and we tell you which ones.
