Tobacco 21

Since December 2019 it has been illegal under federal law to sell any tobacco product, including e-cigarettes, e-liquids, pods and their components, to anyone under 21. Some states set additional rules. We follow the stricter rule wherever we ship.

Three checks

• On arrival, you confirm a date of birth at least 21 years ago.
• At checkout, you enter your date of birth again and confirm you are 21 or older.
• On delivery, the carrier checks your photo ID and collects an adult signature.

In the shop

We check ID for every customer who looks under 40. No ID, no sale, no exceptions.

Failed checks

Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full. We never ship an age-restricted order without a passed check.
