FDA authorization status

Which products have an FDA marketing granted order, and what that means.

Last updated October 18, 2026

Every e-cigarette sold in the US needs FDA marketing authorization through the premarket tobacco product application (PMTA) process. Authorization means FDA decided the product may be marketed. It does not mean the product is safe or FDA approved.

Authorized products we carry

  • Vuse Alto power unit and Golden Tobacco and Rich Tobacco pods, 1.8%, 2.4% and 5% (July 2024)
  • JUUL device with Virginia Tobacco and Menthol pods, 3% and 5% (July 2025)
  • JUUL2 device with tobacco and menthol pods, 1.6% (August 2026)
  • NJOY Ace device and tobacco pods (2021), Ace Menthol 2.4% and 5% (June 2024)

Everything else

Flavored disposables do not have marketing orders. Each product page shows its status, and wholesale buyers see it next to the order grid. Check your state's directory or registry rules before you stock them.
