Coil resistance on refillable pods

Refillable pods like the Vaporesso XROS series come in several resistances. Resistance changes how hot the coil runs and how the draw feels.

• 0.4 to 0.6 ohm: warmer, looser draw, more vapor, uses liquid faster
• 0.8 ohm: the middle ground most people start on
• 1.0 to 1.2 ohm: cooler, tighter draw, closest to a cigarette-style pull, lasts longer

Priming

Fill a new pod and let it sit for a minute before your first draw so the cotton soaks through. Dry hits come from skipping this step.

When to replace

Swap the pod when flavor turns burnt or muted, usually every one to two weeks with daily use.
